Using filters to find relevant leads

Are your fingers tired from scrolling up and down Lead Feed? Then you will be happy to know our filters feature is the solution!

Filters can be used to filter the Lead Feed and your notifications meaning you don’t have to waste any time looking at leads that don’t match your needs.

Simply, create multiple filters by selecting from a list of attributes and tailoring them to your needs.

We have saved you some trouble and created three default filters for you. Each can be edited, duplicated and deleted.

Create your filter

To create a new filter click the + Create new filter button.

Give your filter a clear title. Here you can select from a number of filter attributes: from location suitable for, budget, capacity, dates, to event types.
You don’t have to make one selection per filter created, you can put as many or as few as you like.

For example:
- Filter name: December Parties, filter attributes: December and Party.
- Filter name: Summer Weddings, filter attributes: June, July, August, September and Weddings.
- Filter name: Parties £1000+, filter attributes: Minimum budget £1000 and Party.

“Location suitable for” filter

If you use the "location suitable for" filter, we look at the radius the guests have set when submitting their briefs and narrow it down based on that. You can choose to receive email notifications about leads matching your "location suitable for" filter and you can also apply the it on your Lead Feed.

Notifications

You can choose to receive email notifications for each filter so you can be first to the mark in messaging the guest. You also have the option to customise the recipient email address for each filter and add multiple ones as well, so your whole team can know when a juicy lead has come in.

With our new relevancy updates, you can now choose to either be notified about all new leads that match your filters, or just the recommended leads. Remember, you have early access to the leads that are recommended, so having this filter on allows you to be one of the first to message the guest!

Don’t forget to save your filter when you are done.

Edit, duplicate & delete

Click edit to edit any of the available filters in the filters section. Clicking the duplicate button on a filter will create a copy of this filter with the same filter attributes and notification settings. Delete allows you to delete any filter that you don't need anymore.

Lead Feed

Tailor your Lead Feed to your taste.

After you have created a filter, you also have the option to use it on the Lead Feed by selecting it from the drop-down menu on the left. Once it is selected you will only see leads in the feed that match this filter. If you ever forget what a filter is for, simply select your filter in the drop-down menu, hover your cursor over the Details button and you will get a breakdown of its criteria.  Now you can get straight to the nitty gritty stuff!
