Step 1
When sending a message to a guest, you will see the guest and event details on the left of the page. Pay attention to these details to ensure the lead is relevant to your venue and to personalise your message according to the event details.
Step 2
Firstly, select your venue space which is most appropriate for the event.
Step 3
Now you need to choose one of your templates from the drop-down menu.
Step 4
You will then see the text from your template appear in the message box. The template you select will determine what prefilled contact details appear for you.
Double check everything is correct and fill in any missing gaps for personalisation.
Step 5
Now you need to fill in your availability and pricing. By making pricing and availability transparent from the get-go, we're empowering venues to streamline the Lead Feed process.

Don’t forget to leave space for personalisation! Placeholder information like "Hi {name}" with the guests' names leaves a great first impression if you really want to get that lead!
