Read and unread leads
With so many leads in the Feed, it is easy to lose your place or waste time looking at the same lead twice. That's why we will display read and unread leads differently on the Lead Feed. Hosts can easily mark leads as read by expanding them or visiting their messaging page, so even if they go to a lead from its notification email it will be marked as read.
View options - Show only unread leads
Since we don't want our hosts to miss out on any new opportunities you now giving them the option to show only leads that they haven't read yet on their Lead Feed. So no lead will slip through unnoticed.
View options - Show only starred leads
Of course, we don't want our hosts searching through pages for that one lead they started yesterday. Therefore we have a view option, allowing our hosts to show only starred leads on their Lead Feed.
Starring leads on Lead Feed
Hosts can star leads on the Lead Feed to remember them for later. We've also added this feature to the messaging page of leads. Can be used to mark leads to messages later. Or, remember a lead in case the date becomes available in the venue or to give your team members a hint.
Hide options: Not Interested
If you're browsing through your leads, and you come across some that don't quite align with your hosting preferences. With this feature, it's a breeze to mark these leads as "Not Interested." This helps you keep your lead feed organised, ensuring you focus on the opportunities that genuinely matter to you.
We understand that sometimes, you might have a change of heart about a lead you previously marked as "Not Interested." No worries – it's easy to reverse your decision. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Undo the "Not Interested" Mark
If you've decided to give a lead another chance, start by un-marking the "Not Interested" button on your lead feed. This action will remove the "Not Interested" tag from the lead.
Step 2: Head Over to the Lead Feed
Next, navigate to the lead you wish to reconsider. You can do this by clicking on the lead's profile or details.
Step 3: Click the "Undo" Button
Once you're on the lead's page, you'll find an "Undo" button. Click on it, and your lead will no longer be marked as "Not Interested." It's as simple as that!
By following these steps, you can easily reconsider leads and keep your options open. We want to make sure you have all the flexibility you need in managing your leads effectively. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help!
