Why do I see “Responses Closed” on my Lead Feed?

Make sure you don’t miss your opportunity to respond to a lead.

 

Each enquiry submitted by a Guest to Lead Feed can receive up to 15 responses. If you see “Responses Closed” alongside the Lead details on the Lead Feed page, this means that, sadly, you’ve missed your chance to respond in this instance. 

Here’s our top tips for making sure that you always submit your response ahead of the rest:

  • Ensure your filters are up to date so you receive email notifications for the leads that best suit your venue 

  • Have the Lead Feed open at all times in a separate tab. The feed is updated in real-time so if you check it regularly you shouldn’t miss any juicy leads.

  • Delegate Lead Feed monitoring across your team so that someone from your venue is always watching the feed. 

  • If a lead is marked a good fit for your venue, you have 45 minutes early access to this lead before it's live for less relevant venues.

 

Once a response is closed, it can open up again only after the lead has cleared their inbox. To clarify, if they declined one venue, this would open up a space for one more venue to reach out to them. If you find a lead that is perfect for your venue, give it a star to favourite it and check later if it is available!
