What does the Guest see when I send a message?

 

A guest can receive up to 15 messages for each enquiry they submit to Lead Feed. Here’s an example of what the guest sees when they go to their enquiry page.

After you select 'Match with this venue' the contact details of the host appear on the right:

Your profile must catch their eye. We recommend the following: 

  • Let the guest know if you are available during the requested date and time and suggest alternatives if you're not.

  • Give the guest an idea of the pricing for their event. This helps them to make a well-informed decision before matching with you.

  • Check that the photos on your listing are up to date and present your space in the best possible way.

  • Make the message personal, read the guest's enquiry completely and respond to all requirements of the guest even if you can’t service them. 

  • Don't forget to use the guest's first name. 

  • Include what makes your venue unique or any special offers you may be running. 

  • Make sure the tone is friendly and approachable. You will hopefully be speaking to this guest via email or on the phone - so be your charming self!
