Your sent messages
Here you can view all the messages you have sent to guests from your Lead Feed. When a guest matches with your venue, their enquiry will move from your sent messages to the interested guests section. You can then choose to view the guest contact details.
Status
✔️ Sent to guest - The guest has received an email notification about your interest with a link to your message
✅✅ Seen by guest - The guest has viewed your message
❌ Declined by guest - The guest has decided your venue was not the right match for them. Clicking on the declined enquiry will also show you the reason submitted by the guest on this decision to decline.
