Q. I accidentally entered the wrong information in my brief, how do I change this?

If you'd like to change any details in your brief/enquiry submitted we recommend submitting a new enquiry. If you head to https://www.headbox.com you can submit your enquiry directly through the website.

You can't cancel an enquiry, but you can stop other hosts from sending you more messages on the enquiry page. On this page, you will see your messages from venues. Below this, you can select ‘stop receiving messages’ essentially closing your enquiry.

 

Q. Why am I still waiting to hear back from the venue I enquired with?

We have thousands of venues listed with us and hosts will be notified and reach out if they have something suitable and available. Our hosts are very proactive and usually respond within a few days, so someone should get back to you soon granted there is a space available.

If you haven’t heard back from your chosen venue, we also share your brief with other suitable venues to provide you with a breadth of available options just in case!

 

Q. What shall I do if I left items behind during my event?

In the event of something being left behind, it is best to contact the host directly via the contact details you received after matching with the venue. 

Neither HeadBox nor any venue listed on our platform is responsible for any items left behind at a booked Venue. It is the guest's responsibility to keep track of their belongings during and after the event.
