Our top tips for guests

 

1. Match with hosts quickly:

  • Venues receive lots of enquiries all the time! There is often a waitlist for spaces within the venues. Don't make hosts wait too long until you match or your dream venue might already be booked. 
  • As soon as a Host sends you a message you will be notified by email. Responding promptly to new messages will make the booking process even smoother!

 

 

2. Communicating with your host:

  • Once you have found the perfect space for your event you can discuss the finer details of your event directly with the Host of the venue.
  • Match with a venue to receive their contact details and ask questions. When you click on the ‘match with this venue’ button this will provide you with the contact details of the venue. If you are unsure of anything on a Host’s Space listing then after matching with them feel free to contact them!
  • When you choose to match with a venue they’ll also receive your contact information and can contact you to finalise a booking if you're interested. 
 

 

3. Ask HeadBox Support if you are unsure of anything:

  • Head to your guest experience page from your confirmation email. Here’s where you can hit the contact us button at the bottom right of the screen to ask HeadBox support any questions and view help articles. 

 

 

4. Do your homework (know the ins and outs of the space before your book):

  • Make sure you are 100% sure about a space before booking it. HeadBox is designed to give you the confidence to book a space without having to see it first so make sure you use all the features and facilities on the platform to help you make the right decision.
