Build a tour: Create a collection of scenes in minutes to showcase your entire venue and control the flow of the tour.
Share it: Embed the tour on your website or send it with proposals and booking confirmations.
Measure it: You have all the key metrics and analytics you’ll need to measure success in one place.
Build your Tour
Once you've got access to 3D Studio, the fun begins!
Kickstart your first guided tour by clicking on “+ Create new tour” and follow the steps.
Every guided tour is made up of a series of "scenes" – think of them as your custom “Show and Tell” moments!
Each scene blends a 3D model space with an AI narrator video overlay.
Tip: Keep each scene relevant and engaging to guide your viewers smoothly through the tour.
1. Name your tour! Give it a catchy title right here. This will also be displayed on the tour when you share it. You could name it after the event or the client you will send the tour to.
2. Now you can begin adding scenes to your tour. To do this click on "+Add scene."
3. Start creating your scene by first adding the scene name. This will be visible on the tour. You could name each scene by the space it shows or by the part of the event happening in the space like “Drinks reception” or “After party”.
4. Pick a venue and space from your 3D model scenes.
5. Choose an AI narrator.
6. Add a descriptive script for the narrator to read out. The key to crafting an amazing guided tour is creating an engaging script for your narrator. Check out our tips on this below! 👇
1. Keep it relevant to your audience by highlighting each space’s standout features.
2. Focus on what makes it unique and why it’s the perfect choice for your viewers.
3. Don’t just list facilities—showcase the experiences guests can expect.
4. Be sure to include important details like capacities, available layouts, and any special perks or promotions. We recommend keeping each scene under 30 seconds, which works out to about 75 words.
Once you've filled in these fields, you'll get the option to audio preview the narrator reading your script. If you're happy with your creation, hit save!
Your newly edited scene will appear in the scene section of your tour once saved. Here, you can delete, duplicate, add scenes, and view details, like tour duration and the venues selected.
Generate your tour
After saving, you'll return to the tour overview. Here, you can check analytics, duplicate, edit, delete, publish, and view the status of your tour. It will start as a draft, and once published, you'll be able to view and share it. Please note that you won’t be able to edit the tour after it is published. However, you can still duplicate published tours and edit the copy.
Share and embed
Sharing your tour is easy!
Tour share link: Use this link to share your tour in an email or to include it in your proposals. This link will show the tour in the full tour viewer.
Tour embed link: Use this link to embed your tour with an iframe on your website (more on that below). This link will show the tour without a logo or border, giving you control over how to embed it on your site. For best results, ensure you size the iframe properly.
Scene embed links: Use these links to embed a specific scene with an iframe on your website to showcase a particular room or space. These links will show the specific scene without a logo, border or the scene carousel.
Embedding tour link using iframe
Embedding an iframe is super easy! Let’s walk you through it step by step:
1. First thing to know, is an inline frame (iframe) is a HTML element that loads another HTML page within the document. It essentially puts another webpage on the page you have inserted it into. They are commonly used for advertisements, embedded videos and interactive content.
2. Use this basic code:
<iframe src=”[insert your tour/ scene link]” width=”800” height=”400″ name=”iframe” title=”Guided tour”></iframe>
Each iframe snippet starts with <iframe> and ends with </iframe>.
3. After src=, add the link to the tour or scene you want to embed (make sure the address is in quotes). Then customise "width" and "height" to fit the content to your page. You can set these in percentages or pixels.
4. For "name" and "title," use placeholders that will display if your content doesn't load.
5. Place your iframe code wherever you want it to appear on your website HTML page and watch your 3D tour appear on your page. This might require some help from the person looking after your website.
6. You can also use extra attributes to tweak the look of your embedded tour even further!
